There are currently thousands of incarcerated New Yorkers who have transformed their lives and are ready to be home with their communities and families. But they are either continually denied parole or are not even eligible. They deserve a chance to be free.
Those We Have Lost
Read stories of those we’ve lost because the Parole Board refused to release them and they died in prison or they died shortly after release and repeated denials. If the Elder Parole and Fair + Timely Parole Bills had been passed, many of these people would still be with us.
